Hi there I'm Craig! I hold a Master's in Human Movement from A.T. Still University and a Bachelor's in Exercise Science from Towson University. My passion for fitness began with sports, but it truly deepened after I experienced a Traumatic Brain Injury 20 years ago. Learning to move again from the ground up showed me firsthand that exercise is powerful medicine—and that belief has guided me ever since. I've spent the past 20 years in the Health & Wellness industry, working with people of all ages and abilities, and I'm thrilled to bring that experience to SPIRIT Club's incredible mission. When I'm not coaching or training, you'll probably find me bowling, lifting weights, or jamming on the guitar!
