Getting started

How we match you with your coach

We keep it simple. Tell us about yourself, what you're working toward, and how you prefer to train. Then we find the right coach for you and invite you for a free one-on-one session.

Step One

Tell us about you

Fill out a brief intake form so we understand where you're at and what you're working toward.

Step Two

Meet your trainer

We'll invite you to a free SPIRIT Start session at your nearest location. It's a 1:1 session where you'll meet your trainer and start building your plan together.

Step Three

Start your program

Join the SPIRIT Club family officially. Train in person or virtually, whenever works for your life.
