Hear from people who found their strength

"Our daughter has walked on her tiptoes her entire life. Doctors told us surgery was inevitable. Since working with Tim, she's now walking almost flat-footed. His knowledge, patience, and dedication are making a difference we honestly didn't think was possible"

"My adult son, who has developmental disabilities and autism, needed a safe place to exercise. When he first attended a group class he was shy and refused to participate; gradually he became more engaged and now he walks into the gym like he owns the place!"

FAQs

Common questions from organizations

Answers to common questions about partnering with SPIRIT Club.

What does partnership look like?

We work with your team to design a program that fits your space, schedule, and community. This might be weekly classes, staff training, or a combination. We handle instruction and program design while you focus on your members.

Are your trainers certified?

Yes. All SPIRIT Club trainers are certified fitness professionals trained in adaptive modifications, cognitive supports, and inclusive instruction. Your community gets expert care.

What if our space is limited?

Adaptive fitness works in any space. We've led classes in gyms, community centers, schools, and outdoor settings. We'll adapt to what you have.

How do we measure success?

We track attendance, member feedback, and engagement metrics. You'll have clear data showing the impact of your wellness programs on your community.

What about accessibility requirements?

Accessibility is built in. Our trainers are trained to modify every exercise, offer cognitive supports, and ensure every person feels welcome. No one gets left out.
