The free session is for everyone. Whether you're returning to fitness after time away, managing a chronic condition, navigating a disability, or simply looking for a welcoming community, SPIRIT Club is built for you. No experience necessary.
You'll join a small group or one-on-one session led by an instructor trained in adaptive fitness. They'll guide you through movements at your own pace, offer modifications, and focus on how your body feels rather than how it looks. It's low-pressure and supportive.
No. We provide everything you need, from chairs and resistance bands to yoga mats and props. You can also bring your own mobility aids or adaptive equipment. Just let us know what helps you move best.
Wear comfortable clothes and bring water. If you have any injuries, pain, or health concerns, mention them when you sign up so we can tailor the session. Arrive a few minutes early to get settled.
Absolutely. We offer live virtual classes and on-demand sessions. You can try your free session from home, on your schedule, with the same inclusive instruction and community support.
