Classes

Find your people. Move your body. Have a good time.

SPIRIT Club classes are built for real life: adaptive options, great trainers, and a room where you can show up exactly as you are. Pick a class that fits your vibe (or try a few) and we’ll help you feel confident from day one.

Zumba

High-energy, low-pressure. Dance-forward cardio with clear cues, modifications, and a pace you can make your own. Leave sweaty, smiling, and weirdly proud of yourself.

Yoga

Breathe, stretch, reset. A steady class focused on mobility, balance, and strength—with lots of options for different bodies, abilities, and comfort levels. Come as tight as a pretzel. Leave less pretzel.

Beats

Move to the music. A rhythm-based workout that mixes cardio and drumming in a way that feels more like a playlist than a workout plan. Fun, simple, and surprisingly effective.

Fitness

Learn FUNctional exercises that build strength, balance, coordination and more. Classes include partner exercises, relay races, and scalable exercises that provide a comfortable challenge.

FAQ

Answers to common questions about our group classes.

What are SPIRIT Club group classes?

Group classes are structured fitness sessions designed for people of all ability levels to move, build strength, and connect in a supportive group environment. Classes emphasize consistency, encouragement, and participation over competition.

Who can participate in group classes?

Group classes are open to teens and adults with and without intellectual or physical disabilities. Everyone participates together, with exercises adapted as needed so each person can succeed at their own level.

Can my support person join me?

Yes! Individual members who require support are encouraged to bring their support person with them. And even if you don't require assistance, your support person, caregiver, or family member is still welcome to participate and join in on the programs alongside you.

Are family members, caregivers, and support staff welcome?

Absolutely. Supporters, family members, and caregiver staff are all welcome to participate in our programs. Members who require support are encouraged to have their support person with them, and those who come along simply to be present are welcome to join in on the fun too.

Do participants need prior fitness experience?

No. Group classes are beginner-friendly and designed to meet participants where they are. Trainers offer modifications and guidance throughout the session.

How large are the group classes?

Class sizes are kept intentionally manageable so coaches can provide individual attention while still maintaining the energy and social benefits of a group setting.

What about accessibility requirements?

Accessibility is built in. Our trainers are trained to modify every exercise, offer cognitive supports, and ensure every person feels welcome. No one gets left out.
