I'm a Certified Personal Trainer and Corrective Exercise Specialist with a lifelong background in athletics and movement. I competed in sports from age 7 through 17 and later developed a strong passion for calisthenics, yoga, and hybrid training. I enjoy helping people build strength, improve mobility, and feel more confident in their bodies. I've worked with a wide range of clients, from youth to seniors, and believe in meeting each person where they are. My coaching style focuses on safety, encouragement, and sustainable progress. What drew me to SPIRIT Club is its focus on inclusion, movement, and community. I'm excited to create positive, supportive training experiences that make fitness approachable. My goal is to help members feel capable, motivated, and empowered through movement.
