Partner Training

Partner Training sessions offer you the opportunity to receive a customizable fitness program while incorporating the social and interactive benefits of working alongside a partner. You may either come to us with a partner in mind (for example, a friend, family member, or support staff), or we can work with you to find an existing member who can be your training partner.

What will your Partner Training program look like?

Getting Started

Your Partner Training program Will begin with a SPIRIT Start, a complimentary consultation between you and a trainer. Your SPIRIT Start helps you to develop a level of comfort with SPIRIT Club, share your primary goals, and complete basic movement assessments. Your trainer will customize your program to address the individualized goals of both you and your partner.

Achieving Goals

You and Your Partner have the option to participate in sessions at a frequency of your choosing, and at your preferred location. Your trainer will collect measurements on a quarterly basis to track you and your partner’s progress towards your respective fitness goals. Each session will provide you both with a sense of pride and accomplishment as you will have pushed yourselves to overcome challenges you may not have thought you could!
