Tricia is one of SPIRIT Club’s talented lead trainers. She is dual certified in both fitness and in working with people with disabilities.

“I have been interested in fitness since my teen years when I ran track in high school. Before moving to Maryland, I supported my children’s fitness through volunteering with Special Olympics and advocating for creative movement classes for children with disabilities in the community. I was so pleased with my son’s improved fitness through participation at Spirit Club that I started volunteering during Spirit Club classes. I am excited to be part of the Spirit Club team, serving as a personal trainer.”
