Kristian is one of SPIRIT Club’s talented lead trainers. He is dual certified in both fitness and in working with people with disabilities.

“My name is Kristian and I’m a NASM certified personal trainer that specializes in strength and conditioning, weight loss, endurance training, and injury prevention. My fascination for fitness began at the age of 13 and has been growing ever since. My motivation stems from sharing the joys of health and wellness with as many as possible in hopes they will do the same so we can make the world a happier and healthier place.”
