I love to learn about our members and how I can help them become & stay healthy through exercise.

I started my fitness journey through playing sports. I ran track in college and started personal training my junior year. My focus included a lot of strength & conditioning due to me working with a lot of athletes. Over the years, my focus has slightly shifted towards Exercise Therapy. My interest for this peaked while I worked in multiple Physical Therapy clinics with a variety of different patients. Since then, SPIRIT Club has been a place where I can use both my experience & knowledge to help our members. SPIRIT Club has allowed me to gain more experience in different areas of exercise including strength & mobility. I love to learn about our members and how I can help them become & stay healthy through exercise. In my free time, I still like to go on small runs and ride my bike in the summer. Summer & Fall are my favorite months to be outside & active! Certifications: - ASFA CPT - ISSA Exercise Therapy
