Wright

Adrian is one of SPIRIT Club’s talented lead trainers. He is dual certified in both fitness and in working with people with disabilities.

“As a child, I loved to play football, basketball & soccer, and I also ran cross country. Fitness to me is the best medicine, and it is the foundation of youth. Exercise has been my therapy and source of discipline. It has kept me healthy and improved my quality of life both physically and mentally. I believe my purpose is to share my passion for fitness with others to empower them to be more self-reliant and functional. I know that will translate to their quality of life improving as well. My specialty in fitness is injury prevention, strength training, functional fitness, and injury rehabilitation.”
