Ben is especially passionate about mobility, joint health, and building real-world strength that supports everyday life. He was drawn to SPIRIT Club because of its welcoming, inclusive environment and mission to make fitness accessible and empowering for everyone. What Ben enjoys most is creating sessions that feel encouraging, playful, and successful, no matter where someone is starting. He believes movement should be fun, supportive, and something people look forward to. Ben brings positive energy, patience, and creativity to every session. Outside of SPIRIT Club, he loves snowboarding, traveling, surfing, being outdoors, and staying active in as many ways as possible.
