SPIRIT CLUB PROGRAMS

Inclusive Fitness. Community Connection. Personal Growth.

At SPIRIT Club, we believe fitness is not just about physical health — it’s about community, confidence, and lifelong skills. Our programs are designed to support individuals of all abilities in building strength, forming relationships, and actively participating in their communities.

All of SPIRIT Club’s programs take place in fully integrated community wellness spaces where people with and without disabilities participate together. Our programs are open to the public, offering an inclusive and integrated setting that reflect authentic community environments.

In addition to our community inclusive and integrated gym-based programs, we also provide wellness services at:

What you gain with SPIRIT Club

We incorporate community-based fitness to support people

  • Build independence and healthy routines

Through structured classes and personalized coaching that promote consistency, decision-making, and self-direction.

  • Develop social skills and community relationships

Members train side-by-side with peers, staff, and community members while participating in group classes, events, or movement activities.

  • Increase self-advocacy and goal setting

Participants choose the classes they want to attend, define their fitness goals, and take active ownership of their progress.

  • Gain confidence and purpose

Engaging in regular movement builds stamina, resilience, and commitment — transferable skills that support success in employment, volunteering, and daily life.

  • Practice positive teamwork and communication
