Zaid is one of SPIRIT Club’s talented lead trainers. He is dual certified in both fitness and in working with people with disabilities.

“I am a 2016 graduate from Towson University with a B.S. in Psychology. Originally from Iraq, I speak Arabic and have a passion for living a healthy lifestyle. I am a NASM certified personal trainer as well as a CorePower Yoga Instructor and I enjoy working with all types of people. I am also trained in Neurolingustic Programming (NLP) which helps me communicate better with people of all abilities. At SPIRIT Club I lead group fitness classes, conduct private training sessions (both fitness and Yoga), and use my NLP to help members lose weight. In my free time I enjoy reading, being outdoors, and doing parkour!”
