Suz is one of SPIRIT Club’s talented lead trainers. She is dual certified in both fitness and in working with people with disabilities.
“I am a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT 200). I started my yoga journey in 2004 with a prenatal yoga class. I fell in love with yoga and started studying with different yoga teachers in the DC area, graduating from the Willow Street Yoga Teacher Training program in 2014, and becoming a certified Child Light Yoga Instructor (CCLYI) in 2015. I pride myself in teaching with creative and encouraging instruction, and I am thrilled to be a part of Spirit Club Fitness to teach healthy exercise to all levels and physical abilities.”
