Sam is one of SPIRIT Club’s talented lead trainers. He is dual certified in both fitness and in working with people with disabilities.

“Growing up, I was heavily involved in the performing arts and musical theater. Over time, I found that my performance on stage began to suffer because I was not taking proper care of my health. I decided to become an ACE Certified Personal Trainer to help others become the best versions of themselves after turning my own life around. I've studied a wide array of movement practices on top of my certification including Gymnastics, Acrobatics, and Tai Chi Chuan. I believe very strongly in implementing the right tools for each individual I work with, and drawing upon my diverse knowledge base to help each client reach their goals.”
