I am a Navy Veteran who began coaching people to change their lives in 2017.
I went through my own fitness journey after gaining over 100 pounds. I had high blood pressure, high cholesterol, and no energy at 22 years old. My health declined and I was at risk of being kicked out of the Navy Reserve. I decided to make a change and worked hard to lose 45 pounds, reducing my blood pressure. This helped enable me to get in the best shape of my life. Since then, I've mentored, guided, and coached people on how to make a change for themselves and see what success looks like long-term. My clients get results because I strive to give them the specific attention they need to design the most time-efficient and effective workouts for their bodies. My superpower is how much I care about my clients, as well as how much time I devote to each one of them!
