I'm Dr. Muslimah 'Ali, The Fitness Doc! Living actively has been a major part of my lifestyle since I was young.
Becoming a Zumba Instructor, Fitness Trainer, and Run Coach was a natural way to combine my Ph.D. in Anatomy & Neuroscience and my love for movement - dance, functional fitness, group fitness and running. I truly find happiness participating in all forms of fitness and exercise! I look forward having the opportunity to facilitate people living healthier, more active lives with SPIRIT Club through Zumba and personal training. When I’m not teaching fitness, you can find me spending quality time outdoors and traveling with my husband Tariq, and our 5 adventurous children.
