Josh is one of SPIRIT Club’s talented lead trainers. He is dual certified in both fitness and in working with people with disabilities.

As a current college student working towards physical therapy school and wanting to specialize in working with people with disabilities, there is no better place to be than Spirit Club. Spirit Club is where my two passions of health and fitness, and helping others mix best. It is why I became a certified personal trainer through NASM, that specializes in strength and conditioning as well as weight management, and balance and stability. My passion and goal is to help others obtain health and happiness through exercise and to not feel limited by their current abilities.
